EvoProp® props comply with the EN1065 European safety standard and have been approved by the prestigious Baden-Württemberg Technical Institute in Stuttgart.

The EvoProp® range is the result of a design that puts safety first. Details such as anti-shearing of the hand and anti-shearing of the inner tube are just some of the features designed to ensure maximum protection for the user. In fact, these props are designed to eliminate any risk during assembly and disassembly, ensuring absolute safety and reliability on-the-job.

The lightness of EvoProp® props, achieved through the use of high strength steels, does not undermine their load capacity. On the contrary, their cutting-edge design means they maintain a high level of resistance even in the most demanding working conditions. Each class of EvoProp® props has been designed with specific load and functional requirements in mind. From the easy-to-manoeuvre EvoProp®1, perfect for small construction sites, to the EvoProp®2, ideal for combining with formwork systems such as RapiDeck® or H20 timber beams, to the robust EvoProp®3, which sets new standards for heavy-duty situations thanks to its exception load capacity.

To adapt to different needs, props are classified into three categories, depending on their load capacity:

EvoProp®1 props

  • Ideal for small construction sites, combining light weight and good load capacity.
  • Main technical features
  • Inner tube: Ø48.3/63.5 mm in S275J0H;
  • Outer tube: Ø60.3/76 mm in S235JRH;
  • Maximum extension: 2.5 m – 5.5 m.

EvoProp®2 props

  • They are perfectly suited for use with horizontal formwork systems such as RapiDeck or H20 timber beams.
  • Main technical features
  • Inner tube: Ø48.3/63.5/76 mm in S275J0H;
  • Outer tube: Ø60.3/76/89 mm in S235JRH;
  • Maximum extension: 3.0 m – 5.5 m.

EvoProp®3 props

  • Designed for heavy loads and demanding conditions, with a capacity of over 3 tonnes when fully extended.
  • Main technical features
  • Inner tube: Ø63.5/76 mm in S275J0H;
  • Outer tube: Ø76/89 mm in S235JRH;
  • Maximum extension: 2.5 m – 5.5 m.
