RapiDeck®: Speed and Safety in modern construction

Amadio&C® is pleased to present the RapiDeck® system, a major innovation in the field of shoring and horizontal formwork, which has established itself as an excellent solution for in-situ concrete and precast slabs such as Bausta and Predalles.

The RapiDeck® horizontal formwork system is designed for efficient installation and optimum safety during assembly and dismantling. The system has been designed to reduce the number of elements required, making it easy to create any configuration and simplifying the removal of pillars and load-bearing walls.

Lightness is guaranteed by the aluminium supporting structure, while durability is ensured by the LIFE+ multi-layer construction with water-and wear-resistant PET plastic protection.

RapiDeck® is available with a fixed head, for more symmetrical and attractive architectural finishes, and with a drooping head. The latter option allows for early decommissioning, reducing the time required for dismantling and re-shoring and optimising the overall investment by reducing the total number of panels required.

RapiDeck® is designed with your safety in mind. In fact, our system provides for assembly from below, eliminating the risk of falls from a height. Dismantling is equally ergonomic and always from below, eliminating the need for scaffolding and the discomfort of working with raised arms. The ease of assembly of RapiDeck®, due to the reduced number of components, combined with the drop heads, ensures high assembly speed. Statistically, four operators can assemble up to 350 m² (including offsets) per day, or 500 m² without offsets.

With RapiDeck® it is possible to build slabs up to 30 cm thick with props placed every 2.25 m². For slab thicknesses up to 80 cm, the addition of a prop in the centre of the panel ensures maximum stability and strength.

Surface protection:

  • Epoxy paint;
  • Hot-dip galvanising with a thickness of 40 μm;
  • Electrolytic galvanising with a thickness of 10 μm.
